Many participants have devices but lack the setup, accessibility configuration, or confidence to use them independently — leaving them reliant on others for basic communication and everyday tasks.
What We Do
We set up devices, configure email and messaging, optimise accessibility settings, and provide hands-on digital literacy training so participants can communicate and manage daily tasks on their own.
How We Deliver
We configure each device with the participant's needs in mind, install and set up communication apps, tailor accessibility features, then deliver one-on-one training sessions with printed quick-reference guides.
