TechGurus is a Sydney-based technology and AI consultancy working with small and medium businesses. We are deliberately small, senior and hands-on: the people who scope the work are the people who build it.

Transparent by default.
Discovery is a fixed feeYou get a written assessment, a prioritised list of opportunities and a costed recommendation. If the answer is "do nothing yet", we will write that down too.
Build work is fixed scopeOnce discovery is done we quote a fixed scope and price. Changes are quoted separately so there are no surprise invoices.
Support is optionalA monthly retainer covers monitoring, changes and improvements. It is month-to-month, and you can stop it without losing access to what we built.
You own the workCode, data, accounts and documentation are yours. We do not hold businesses hostage to keep a retainer.
We say noIf AI is not the answer, or your current system can be improved rather than replaced, that is what we will recommend.
