Service
AI Consulting
A clear AI strategy tailored to your business, including an honest answer on where to keep the humans.
Problems it addresses
If any of this sounds familiar, it is worth a conversation.
You know AI could help, but you're not sure where to start or what is worth pursuing.
You've read the headlines, but translating hype into a practical plan feels overwhelming.
You're worried about wasting budget on tools that won't deliver results for your operations.
You've tried a few AI tools and they didn't stick. No one had a clear plan or ownership.
What we deliver
A working outcome, not a slide deck.
Every artefact below comes out of a single fixed-scope engagement, from the on-site discovery session through to the wrap-up presentation. You own all of it.
AI Strategy Document
A clear, prioritised plan outlining top AI opportunities, recommended tools, and a 12-month implementation timeline.
Opportunity Assessment
A ranked list of where AI can have the biggest impact in your business, based on effort, cost, and expected ROI.
Implementation Roadmap
Step-by-step guidance on what to build or buy first, who owns it, and how to measure success at each milestone.
ROI Projection
Realistic estimates of time saved, cost reduced, and revenue potential for each recommended initiative.
The engagement
What's involved
A fixed-scope engagement. Here is what's involved, activity by activity, so you can see exactly what the process covers.
| Activity | What's involved |
|---|---|
| Engagement framing & prep | Pre-work on your industry, review of supplied material, discovery agenda |
| On-site discovery session | On-site working session plus interviews with the people who run each process; larger teams add remote follow-ups |
| AI-readiness audit | Review of data, systems, tools and workflows |
| Opportunity mapping & scoring | Identify use-cases, score impact, difficulty and return |
| ROI modelling | Time-saving, cost and revenue estimates |
| Strategy document build | Prioritised strategy, tool recommendations, 12-month timeline |
| Implementation roadmap | Sequence build/buy decisions, owners, metrics |
| Strategy presentation | Prepare and deliver the wrap-up session |
| Coordination & communications | Scheduling, follow-up, project admin |
Implementation of the recommended initiatives is scoped separately after discovery.
Delivery process
How an engagement runs.
Frame the Question
Before we map opportunities, we catalogue how your business actually runs: the processes, why things are done the way they are, and who does them. That tells us what's genuinely worth automating, and what to leave alone: empathy, judgement calls, and client-facing moments that need a human.
On-site Discovery Session
A working session on-site at your business, so we can see how your team really works while we map your model, tools, bottlenecks, and growth goals. The bigger the team, the more people we sit with; larger, multi-site engagements add remote follow-ups.
AI Readiness Audit
We review your data, workflows, and systems to identify where AI can slot in immediately and where foundations need building.
Opportunity Mapping & Scoring
We score and rank every opportunity by impact, difficulty, and expected return, so you invest where results live, not where hype is loudest.
ROI Modelling
We model the numbers behind the shortlist: time saved, cost reduced, and revenue potential, so priorities rest on evidence, not gut feel.
Strategy Document
We build your prioritised AI strategy: recommended tools, sequencing, and a 12-month timeline you can act on.
Implementation Roadmap
We sequence the build-and-buy decisions, name who owns each initiative, and set the metrics that prove it's working.
Strategy Presentation
We walk through the full strategy, answer every question, and hand over the artefacts your team keeps.
Coordination & Communications
Scheduling, follow-ups, and project admin run in the background throughout, so the engagement stays on track without adding to your plate.
Pricing approach: discovery is a fixed fee. Build work is quoted as a fixed scope and price once discovery is complete, so you decide with the numbers in front of you. Ongoing support is a monthly retainer you can stop at any time.
Map which of your tasks are worth automating, where AI should assist, and where to keep a human. Free, and no email required.
Questions
Frequently asked.
What do I get at the end of a consulting engagement?+
Four artefacts you own outright: a written AI Strategy Document, an Opportunity Assessment with ranked initiatives, an Implementation Roadmap, and ROI projections, all in plain language. Not slides we keep or a platform you rent, they're yours to act on, with us or without us.
How much of our time does it take?+
Most of the effort is ours, not yours. From you we mainly need an on-site discovery session and some material to review; we handle the audit, analysis, and write-up. How much work the engagement takes overall depends on the size and complexity of your business, which we confirm at discovery.
Do you come to us, or is it all remote?+
Discovery is on-site: we come to you for a working session so we can see how your team actually operates. Larger or multi-site businesses add remote follow-ups on top. Everything after discovery is handled off-site and shared back with you.
How long does the consulting process take?+
Most engagements run 2–4 weeks from discovery to final strategy delivery. Larger organisations may extend the audit phase.
Do I need data or existing systems in place?+
No. We work with businesses at all stages. The audit phase is designed to understand what you currently have.
Will you just tell us to automate everything?+
No, and we'll tell you where to keep a human. We build and run AI for a living, so we'd have every reason to push automation. But the framing step exists precisely to name what not to automate: judgement calls, empathy-heavy interactions, anything where a mistake costs more than the automation saves. We'd rather give you an honest answer than a longer project.
Will you help implement, or just advise?+
Consulting delivers strategy. Implementation is handled through AI Automation or Custom AI Tools services.
