Integrations
We work inside the systems you already run.
Almost nobody needs another system. What they need is the ones they have talking to each other, so the same information stops being typed in twice. Each page below covers what we actually build against that system, and what is awkward about it.
Xero
Quotes, jobs, timesheets and supplier bills that end up in Xero. We connect the earlier steps so the numbers arrive instead of being typed in.
Xero integration →MYOB
The same job as Xero, with one wrinkle: which MYOB you are on changes what is possible. We check that first.
MYOB integration →Microsoft 365
SharePoint, Outlook, Teams and Power Automate. Usually there is more in the licence you already hold than people realise.
Microsoft 365 integration →Google Workspace
Drive, Gmail, Sheets and Calendar. We automate what is working and replace the spreadsheet that has outgrown itself.
Google Workspace integration →HubSpot
The pipeline is fine. The gap is what happens after a deal is won, when delivery and invoicing still start by hand.
HubSpot integration →Salesforce
Powerful and usually overgrown. We work in what is there, integrate carefully, and change as little as possible.
Salesforce integration →Pipedrive
Simple by design, which is the point. We connect the edges, where a won deal has to turn into actual work.
Pipedrive integration →ServiceM8
Good at the job and the technician. We connect it to accounting, reporting and whatever else the office is still re-keying.
ServiceM8 integration →simPRO
It holds a lot. The frustration is usually getting the data out in the shape you need, and joining it to everything else.
simPRO integration →Tradify
Right-sized for smaller trade businesses. We build around the parts it deliberately leaves out.
Tradify integration →Shopify
The storefront is rarely the problem. The cost sits behind it, in orders, stock and the same questions answered daily.
Shopify integration →WooCommerce
Full control, and full ownership of the hosting, plugins and performance. Most problems we see are one of those three.
WooCommerce integration →Your system is not listed? It almost certainly still works. Anything with an API, a database or an export can be joined to something else, and a fair amount of our work is against systems nobody has heard of outside one industry.
Two systems that should talk and do not?
Tell us which two and what gets retyped between them. That is usually enough for us to say whether it is a small job or a real one.
