AI as a Service

We run the automations for you, every month, so you stop doing them entirely. Where our project services build a system and hand it over, AI as a Service is the ongoing operator that keeps the work off your team's plate, month after month.

How it runs
Onboarding & Setup
Two-week kickoff: we map the workflows you want off your plate, get access to the tools and inboxes involved, and stand up the automations and monitoring. You'll see exactly what we're taking on and how we'll prove it's working.
Month One Baseline
We run everything live in your environment, watch closely, and tune. By the end of month one you have a written baseline: what's been handled, what hours we've removed, and what we're flagging for adjustment.
Active Operations
From month two onward we just run it. Daily monitoring, weekly tuning, monthly reports on volume handled and time saved. You and your team get on with the work that actually moves the business.
Quarterly Review & Optimise
Every three months we sit down with you, review what's running well, what's drifted, and what new work we should pick up. We optimise the existing streams and add or retire automations as your business changes.
Problems it addresses

If any of this sounds familiar, it is worth a conversation.

You're spending hours every week on inbox triage, follow-ups, and admin that a human shouldn't need to do.

You hired an agency or built an automation, it broke after launch, and the work quietly came back to your team.

You can't find or afford a part-time hire for this work, but it keeps slipping through the cracks.

Your team is stretched thin running ongoing operations instead of doing the work that actually grows the business.

What we deliver

A working outcome, not a slide deck.

01

Inbox cleared and triaged daily

We run your support and sales inboxes every day: replies sent, leads routed, internal notes filed, nothing waiting overnight. Your team sees a clean inbox each morning.

02

Leads contacted within 5 minutes of capture

Every form submission, ad lead, and inbound enquiry gets an instant qualified reply, follow-up sequence, and CRM update. We monitor the pipeline weekly and adjust the cadence.

03

Support tickets resolved 24/7 without queues

An always-on support assistant answers common questions, opens tickets, and escalates the hard ones to a real person, running through nights, weekends, and public holidays without a queue building up.

04

Social posts published on schedule, every week

We plan, draft, and publish your weekly social content across the channels you care about. You approve the calendar; we run the posting, monitor responses, and report on what landed.

Pricing approach: discovery is a fixed fee. Build work is quoted as a fixed scope and price once discovery is complete, so you decide with the numbers in front of you. Ongoing support is a monthly retainer you can stop at any time.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Can we cancel? Are we locked into a long contract?+

It's month-to-month. Give us 30 days' notice and we wind down. We don't lock you in because we don't need to; if the service isn't worth the monthly cost, we'd rather you said so. There's no minimum term beyond the initial onboarding month.

Where does our data live? Who can see it?+

Everything stays in your tools and your accounts. We work inside your inbox, your CRM, your social platforms, never copying data into a separate system we own. Access is limited to a named team on our side, audit-logged, and revoked the day you cancel. We sign an NDA before onboarding if you'd like one.

Why not just hire someone part-time to do this work?+

A part-time hire usually costs more all-in once you factor in recruitment, sick leave, training, and the gaps when they're unavailable. We're a team behind the scenes, so cover never drops, the work runs through holidays, and you're not managing another person. If the volume justifies a full-time hire later, we'll tell you.

How much does it cost?+

Pricing depends on which streams you want us to run and the volume involved. A low-volume managed inbox is very different to running outbound, support, and social all at once. We quote on scope after a 30-minute call where we look at the actual workflows. Book a call and we'll give you a real number, not a brochure price.

What actually happens in the first month?+

Week one and two: onboarding. We map the workflows, get access, and set up the automations and monitoring. Week three: we go live and run alongside you so you can see it working. Week four: we hand you the baseline report, hours removed, volume handled, what we're tuning. From month two we just run it.

Tell us the process that is costing you the most time.

We will tell you honestly whether this is the right answer for it.
